2023-24 financial results for cost recovery activities for listing medicines on the PBS and designated vaccines on the NIP
4 December 2024 - The PBS and NIP Cost Recovery Implementation Statement has been updated to include 2023-24 end of year financial results and is now available.
In 2023-24 there was under-recovery of expenses for listing and management of products on the PBS and NIP. The under-recovery is due a combination of factors including: lower than expected volumes overall in 2023-24, fee waivers and exemptions, and post-listing services not charged.
