Avacopan for treating severe active granulomatosis with polyangiitis or microscopic polyangiitis
24 May 2022 - The Department of Health and Social Care has asked NICE to produce guidance on the use of avacopan in the NHS in England.
Avacopan, when used in combination with a cyclophosphamide or a rituximab regimen, is not recommended for the treatment of adults with severe active granulomatosis with polyangiitis or microscopic polyangiitis.
