Blood cancer treatment approved for use by NHS Scotland
10 July 2017 - Immunotherapy treatment nivolumab can now be used to treat Hodgkin lymphoma.
A treatment for patients with an aggressive blood cancer has been approved for use by NHS Scotland.
The SMC has ruled nivolumab (Opdivo) can be used to treat Hodgkin lymphoma, a cancer of the white blood cells.
