Korea Biomedical Review

29 May 2026 - Bristol Myers Squibb Korea said its Pomalyst (pomalidomide)-based triple therapy will become reimbursable from 1 June 2026 for patients with multiple myeloma who have failed at least one prior lenalidomide-containing treatment, expanding the regimen’s use into the second-line setting.

The reimbursement expansion applies to the PVd regimen, which combines Pomalyst, bortezomib and dexamethasone. Under the revised criteria, patients with multiple myeloma who have received and failed at least one prior therapy including lenalidomide will be eligible for reimbursement when treated with the PVd regimen.
