There is a need to balance benefits and risks, weigh competing objectives, and manage within budget constraints. Join Dr. Murray Krahn, 2014 recipient of the Dr. Jill M. Sanders Award of Excellence in Health Technology Assessment, for a discussion of the factors to be considered in developing a fair, transparent, and values-based framework for decisions about the adoption and use of health technologies.
