The Canadian Drug Expert Committee (CDEC) is an advisory body to CADTH. CDEC makes drug-related recommendations and provides drug-related advice through the CADTH Common Drug Review and therapeutic review processes. CDEC recommendations and advice are provided to CADTH to inform key customers: Canadian federal, provincial, and territorial public drug plans (except Quebec) and a range of stakeholders.

In May 2014, CADTH issued a call for nominations for positions with CDEC, but was unable to fill all the positions available for technical experts. We are now seeking nominations for two additional technical expert members.

CADTH has extended the deadline for nominations for its Canadian Drug Expert Committee to October 28, 2014.
