Cemiplimab in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer

5 March 2025 - The Department of Health and Social Care has asked the NICE to produce guidance on the use of cemiplimab in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy in the NHS in England.

Cemiplimab, when used in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy, is not recommended for the first-line treatment of patients with  locally advanced and not suitable for definitive chemoradiation, or metastatic, PD-L1 positive non-small-cell lung cancer with no EGFR, ALK or ROS-1 aberrations
