China NMPA approves RareStone's pitolisant (Wakix) for the treatment of narcolepsy
4 July 2023 - Pitolisant is the first and only treatment drug approved in mainland China for narcolepsy.
RareStone Group announced that on 30 June, the Chinese National Medical Products Administration approved pitolisant (Wakix) for the treatment of excessive daytime sleepiness or cataplexy in adult patients with narcolepsy.
