Confusion abounds around health insurance reforms
21 January 2019 - For reforms that are meant to simplify private health cover, some are still a confusing maze.
On the plus side, the option for people to hedge their bets by assuming a higher excess in return for lower premiums each week is overdue.
It will appeal to those who are lucky enough to be healthy and rarely make a claim — and hope it stays that way.
