Cost of goods information (PB11b form) at the time of PBAC submission

PBAC

Sponsors are reminded to provide cost of goods information (via a PB11b form) at the time of submission to the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee.

The requirements to include cost of goods information in submissions to PBAC was introduced in April 2014 as part of the streamlining of PBS pricing processes following the cessation of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Pricing Authority.  The provision of this information at the time of PBAC submission will allow important new medicines to be listed on the PBS at least four weeks earlier than was possible before April 2014.
