22 November 2016 - The cost recovery implementation statement for 1 July 2016 - 30 June 2017 is now available.

From 1 January 2010, Amendments to the National Health Act 1953 provide authority for the cost recovery of services provided by the Commonwealth from applicants seeking new, or changes to existing, listings of medicines, vaccines and other products or services on the PBS or NIP.
