20 September 2020 - An 11 year-old could languish in pain and lose more of her bowel without a drug which costs her family $6,000 every eight weeks.

Aucklander Becky Rose has aggressive Crohn’s disease, an incurable inflammatory bowel disease, and has endured many treatments to stay well.

But now she has developed antibodies to both biologic medications funded to treat Crohn’s, rendering them useless, while her inflammation is coming back.
