Danicopan in combination with ravulizumab or eculizumab for the treatment of patients with paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria
29 May 2024 - The Department of Health and Social Care has asked NICE to produce guidance on the use of danicopan in the NHS in England.
For the time being, danicopan is not recommended for use in combination with ravulizumab or eculizumab for the treatment of adults with paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria with residual haemolytic anaemia.
