Decision to award sole supply to Tacrolimus Sandoz

PHARMAC
7 March 2014 - PHARMAC has decided to award Tacrolimus Sandoz capsules Sole Subsidised Supply status in the community, and Hospital Supply Status in DHB hospitals. This was the subject of a consultation letter dated 30 January 2014.
