Delay in decision on modifying funded access to mifepristone and misoprostol proposal
17 June 2020 - PHARMAC would like to advise all interested parties that there will be a delay in the decision on a proposal to list mifepristone in Section B of the Pharmaceutical Schedule from 1 July 2020 and amend the listing of misoprostol in Section B of the Pharmaceutical Schedule enabling it to be supplied on a Practitioners’ Supply Order from 1 July 2020.
This delay will mean that a decision will not be made in time for 1 July 2020 funding changes.
