Democrats revive drug pricing reform with a narrow set of proposed measures
2 November 2021 - On Tuesday 2 November, Senator Schumer announced that an agreement had been reached regarding lowering drug prices, and that this will be incorporated in the budget reconciliation package which Congress will soon be voting on.
Congress has been attempting to reform drug pricing for more than 60 years.
