Drug makers lose choline alfoscerate suit against Government
15 February 2022 - A court dismissed local drug makers’ appeal to nullify the Government’s push to negotiate the recollection of health insurance coverage for choline alfoscerate.
The Ministry of Health and Welfare said the Seoul Administrative Court ruled in favour of the ministry on Friday.
