PBAC Drug Utilisation Sub Committee outcome statement
10 August 2016 - The outcome statement from the PBAC Drug Utilisation Sub Committee June 2016 meeting is now available.
The Drug Utilisation Sub Committee (DUSC) reviewed the utilisation of the following PBS medicines/groups of medicines in June 2016:
- Medicines for the treatment of prostate cancer
- Novel oral anticoagulants for prevention of stroke or systemic embolism in non-valvular atrial fibrillation
- Medicines for the treatment of glaucoma
- Biological disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs for ankylosing spondylitis
The DUSC has also selected a number of medicines and diseases for consideration at future meetings.
