European Commission approves Kyprolis (carfilzomib) for combination use in the treatment of patients with relapsed multiple myeloma

19 November 2015 - Amgen today announced the European Commission granted marketing authorization for Kyprolis (carfilzomib) in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy. Kyprolis is the first irreversible proteasome inhibitor approved in the European Union for use in combination treatment of patients with relapsed multiple myeloma.
