Fenfluramine hydrochloride for the treatment of patients 2 years of age and older with seizures associated with Lennox–Gastaut syndrome

5 November 2024 - Following an appeal, NICE has published further draft guidance on the use of using fenfluramine hydrochloride in the NHS in England.

Fenfluramine hydrochloride is still not recommended for the treatment of patients 2 years of age and older with seizures associated with Lennox–Gastaut syndrome as an add-on to other anti-seizure medicines.
