Fenfluramine hydrochloride for the treatment of patients with Lennox-Gastaut seizures

31 January 2024 - The Department of Health and Social Care has asked NICE to produce guidance on the use of fenfluramine hydrochloride in the NHS in England.

For the time being, fenfluramine hydrochloride is not recommended for use in combination with other anti-seizure medicines for the treatment of patients 2 years and older with seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.
