Governor Ron de Santis takes additional actions to lower prescription drug prices for Floridians
8 July 2022 - Today, Governor Ron DeSantis issued Executive Order 22-164 to drive transparency in prescription costs for Floridians. This order will ensure reforms are in place to hold Pharmacy Benefits Managers accountable when managing prescription drug benefits for insurance companies.
