Health economic assessment of Oncotype DX in breast cancer
12 July 2021 - At the request of the regions' medical technology product council, the MTP council, TLV has carried out a health economic assessment of Oncotype DX.
The Swedish care program for breast cancer recommends gene expression analysis for a special sub-group of patients where it is difficult to assess the risk of the cancer spreading and whether the patient should thus be treated with cytotoxic drugs.
