Health officials meet with Pfizer to discuss vaccine booster doses
20 April 2021 - Booster vaccinations against variations of COVID-19 will soon be available in Australia, and Premier Gladys Berejiklian has criticised the federal health minister.
Australian health regulators expect booster doses of Pfizer vaccine able to protect against new variants of COVID-19 will be available within the next six months.
Therapeutic Goods Administration head Professor John Skerritt has revealed he met with officials from the pharmaceutical giant on Tuesday to discuss future access to the booster shots.
