Healthy.io receives landmark FDA clearance for first and only smartphone powered home kidney test
12 July 2022 - As first test to receive FDA clearance across all current iOS and Android smartphone devices, Minuteful Kidney holds promise to reduce dialysis rates for 60 million at risk Americans.
Healthy.io announced today that it has received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. FDA for home use of the Minuteful Kidney test.
This marks the first time the FDA has granted clearance for a smartphone-powered home test to determine albumin to creatinine ratio.
