Immunome announces US FDA acceptance of new drug application for varegacestat for the treatment of adults with desmoid tumors
8 July 2026 - Immunome today announced the US FDA has accepted its new drug application for varegacestat, an investigational, oral, once daily gamma secretase inhibitor, for the treatment of adults with desmoid tumors.
The FDA assigned a PDUFA target action date of 28 April 2027.
