Innovative Medicines Canada proposes framework for innovative agreements for drug reimbursement
16 January 2023 - Pharmaceutical manufacturers in Canada often enter into product listing agreements, particularly with public payers, to facilitate their drug being reimbursed.
It is common for these agreement to take the form of a first dollar rebate, with an incremental rebate if the annual amount to be reimbursed by the payer exceeds a certain threshold.
