31 March 2020 - Major private health funds have delayed scheduled premium hikes and offered fee relief for policyholders who are facing hardship, as customers wonder what they can actually claim for.

West Australian fly-in, fly-out worker Marcus Carter has been a policyholder with HBF for 32 years.

He believes he should not have to pay for private health insurance until the coronavirus situation is over and the health system is back to normal.
