4 June 2026 - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Korea said Darzalex subcutaneous injection-based quadruple regimen has received reimbursement in Korea as a first-line treatment for newly diagnosed light chain amyloidosis patients without symptoms of multiple myeloma.
The regimen, known as DVCd, combines Darzalex SC (daratumumab) with bortezomib, cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone. Reimbursement took effect on 1 June 2026, according to the revised notice by HIRA on drugs prescribed and administered to cancer patients.
