Launch of new Canadian Guidelines for the Economic Evaluation of Health Technologies

CADTH

21 March 2017 - This release marks the first update to the Guidelines since the third edition was published in 2006.

The Guidelines are intended to help produce credible and standardised economic information that is relevant and useful to decision-makers in Canada’s public health care system. They offer best practices for conducting economic evaluations and promote the use of high-quality economic evaluations to inform health care decision-making.

To mark the release of the fourth edition of the Guidelines, CADTH is hosting an event in Ottawa that will be broadcast live across the county. At this event, we will provide an overview of the Guidelines, highlight the major changes and updates, and share details about upcoming information sessions and training opportunities.
