Maralixibat chloride for the treatment of patients with cholestatic pruritus associated with Alagille syndrome

31 July 2024 - The Department of Health and Social Care has asked NICE to produce guidance on the use of maralixibat chloride in the NHS in England.

For the time being, maralixibat chloride is not recommended for the treatment of patients 2 months of age and older with cholestatic pruritus associated with Alagille syndrome.
