25 May 2018 - Sweeping changes to medical guidelines for melanoma could halve the rate at which the cancer recurs but several treatments costing up to $210,000-a-year is not subsidised.
The first new treatment guidelines in 10 years will be released today and sees patients spared disabling lymph node surgery.
