New members appointed to CADTH expert committees
2 October 2017 - Dr. Brian O’Rourke, CADTH President and Chief Executive Officer, is pleased to announce the appointment of four new members and a new chair to Canadian Drug Expert Committee, and two new members and a new chair to its Health Technology Expert Review Panel.
Dr. James Silvius, Associate Professor in the Division of Geriatric Medicine at the University of Calgary’s Cumming School of Medicine, becomes Chair of the Canadian Drug Expert Committee (CDEC) for a two-year term.
Dr. Silvius brings to the role significant understanding of drug evaluation and pharmaceutical management across the continuum of care.
