New PM will ‘inherit an NHS in its most challenging state for decades’
5 September 2022 - Warning comes from NHS leaders as new Prime Minister prepares to move into Number 10.
The incoming Prime Minister will urgently need to grip the crisis facing the NHS ahead of a gruelling winter by providing extra support that hospitals, ambulances, mental health and GP services need to deal with intensifying pressure.
