New PMPRB guidelines proposed for assessing prices of patented medicines sold in Canada
4 November 2022 - Controversial amendments to the Patented Medicines Regulations changing the basket of comparator countries considered by the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board took effect on 1July 2022
On 6 October 2022, the PMPRB published Draft Guidelines incorporating the PMPRB11 schedule countries.
