There are several minor new/revised listings this month:

• Atomoxetine hydrochloride (Strattera) - new strength
• Mepolizumab (Nucala) - new formulation
• Empagliflozin (Jardiance) - restriction change
• Empagliflozin with metformin hydrochloride (Jardiamet) - restriction change
• Pegylated interferon alfa-2a (Pegasys) - restriction change
• Lapatinib ditosylate monohydrate (Tykerb) - restriction change
