NHS cancer nurse who crowdfunded her own cancer drug treatment thanks donors for extending her life

A cancer nurse who had to raise the money to pay for her own cancer drug said the new treatment has extended her life.
Laura Harris, who has spent her career working in oncology, was told a drug that would prolong her life was not available on the NHS.
