NICE explores extending its use of data to inform its guidance
25 June 2019 - NICE has revised its earlier press release on the use of real world data to inform its guidance.
The revised press release states that the agency is is "looking to extend the use of data that will help inform its independent committees who produce its guidance." The revised press release makes no explicit reference to the use of real world data.
The agency has not made any public statement as to why it has revised its original press release of 25 June 2019.
