17 December 2020 - The PBS Expenditure and Prescriptions Report 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020 is now available.
Total Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme Government expense for the supply of medicines under Section 85 and Section 100 on an accrual accounting basis for the 2019-2020 financial year was $12,614 million (excluding revenue), compared with $11,818 million for the previous year.
This is an increase of 6.7%.
