Pegzilarginase for the treatment of patients with arginase-1 deficiency

6 September 2024 - The Department of Health and Social Care has asked NICE to produce guidance on the use of pegzilarginase in the NHS in England.

For the time being, pegzilarginase is not recommended for the treatment of patients 2 years of age and older with arginase-1 deficiency (hyperarginaemia).
