PHARMAC switching anti-depressants too frequently - advocates

8 June 2020 - People who rely on consistent supply of medication are concerned about a planned brand switch of New Zealand's most widely-used anti-depressant.

But the Government's drug-funding agency, PHARMAC, says it will continue to make the best choices it can within its available budget.

Heather Williams, of Hamilton, heads an online support group for people affected by anti-depressant changes, and says any change to funded drugs is of major concern.
