Post-market review of opiate dependence treatment program medicines
28 May 2021 - On 24 March 2021 it was announced the Department of Health will conduct a post-market review of the medicines available under the PBS opiate dependence treatment program including consideration of patient access and affordability.
The PBAC will consider the review.
In line with the established and publicly available framework for the conduct of a post-market review, a public consultation process for the draft Terms of Reference for the PBS opiate dependence treatment program review will be open from 28 May and will close on 30 June 2021.
