Prescriptive changes for price reduction of older medicines
4 December 2023 - Changes to the Dental and Pharmaceutical Benefits Agency's regulations and general advice on the pricing of certain older medicines (the 15 year regulations) apply from 2 December 2023.
The TLV has implemented changes in the agency's regulations and general advice regarding the pricing of certain older medicines.
