Proposal to amend listing in the National Immunisation Schedule – meningococcal C conjugate vaccine
23 May 2017 - PHARMAC is seeking feedback on one final proposal arising from an RFP for the supply of various vaccines, following a provisional agreement with Pfizer for the supply and funding of meningococcal C conjugate vaccine.
In summary, the proposal would result in:
- Neisvac-C remaining as the only listed meningococcal C conjugate vaccine on the National Immunisation Schedule
- The delisting of Neisvac-C in the 10 injection pack presentation
- A correction of the chemical name for Neisvac-C in the Pharmaceutical Schedule
