Recommendations made by the PBAC - March 2019
31 May 2019 - The recommendations from the March 2019 PBAC meeting have been updated.
The update relates to the PBAC's cost-effectiveness review of pneumococcal vaccines for the National Immunisation Program (NIP).
The PBAC deferred making a recommendation about the populations eligible for pneumococcal vaccines via NIP schedule where cost- effectiveness could be considered acceptable to seek further input to inform its advice.
The matter will be considered by the PBAC at its next meeting in July. The agenda for the July 2019 meeting has updated to reflect this.
