Remake of the National Health (Pharmaceuticals and Vaccines – Cost Recovery) Regulations 2009
11 May 2022 - The Department has recently remade the National Health (Pharmaceutical and Vaccines—Cost Recovery) Regulations 2009 (2009 Regulations), now titled National Health (Pharmaceutical and Vaccines—Cost Recovery) Regulations 2022.
The new Regulations commenced on 1 April 2022.
