5 July 2023 - NICE has published final evidence-based recommendations on the use of rimegepant sulphate (Vydura) for the prevention of migraine in adults.

Rimegepant is recommended as an option for the prevention of episodic migraine in adults who have at least 4 and fewer than 15 migraine attacks per month, only if at least three preventative treatments have not worked.
