Ruxolitinib phosphate for the treatment of patients with acute graft versus host disease that responds inadequately to corticosteroids

6 December 2024 - The Department of Health and Social Care has asked NICE to produce guidance on the use of ruxolitinib phosphate in the NHS in England.

For the time being, ruxolitinib phosphate is not recommended for the treatment of patients 12 years of age and older ith acute graft versus host disease that has an inadequate response to corticosteroids.
