Saol Therapeutics today announced the resubmission of its new drug application to the US FDA for SL1009, sodium dichloroacetate, for the treatment of pyruvate dehydrogenase complex deficiency, a rare, life-threatening mitochondrial disease with no FDA approved therapies.
