The January 2015 issue of the Schedule of Pharmaceutical Benefits is out and now in effect. The Schedule includes the following new entries:

• Cetuximab (Erbitux) - restriction change
• Empagliflozin (Jardiance) - new medicine
• Ezetimibe with rosuvastatin calcium (Rosuzet Composite Pack) - new combination product
• Oestradiol (Vagifem Low) - new strength
• Panitumumab (Vectibix) - restriction change
